Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are always happy to accept new clients. Please call the clinic at 712-464-8911 to schedule your pet's first appointment.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. Please be aware that we do not process pet insurance at this time.
What if I'm unable to keep my scheduled appointment?
We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows and last minute cancellations are subject to a no-show fee.
What types of animals do you treat?
We are a mixed animal practice, meaning that we offer services for both pets and farm animals. Our pet services are primarily tailored toward dogs and cats, although we can at times provide care for other species depending on the patient's specific needs.
